This blog was started for people similar to myself, who may be looking for a slightly different approach to fitness. Although "health goth" is a bit of a trend, there are still limited resources geared toward people who enjoy an alternative lifestyle. Of course, you don't have to be a goth or a punk or rivethead to follow this blog. All walks of life are welcome, and I hope to post interactive topics that can be useful to any person interested in improving their health and well-being. The other purpose for this, my wee bitty corner of the fitness blog world, is to serve as a personal fitness diary or daily log. You will not only see posts based on my tried-and-true experience in the realms of health, beauty (however you choose to define it) and fitness, but I will be sharing my personal journey. Hopefully it will give you some tips you can apply to your own journey (and when I screw up, you'll know what NOT to do). Please follow, interact, share and enjoy.
